I use this store to ship eBay sales. Always in and out in a few minutes.

I redirected a package to this store and got the notification that it was available for pickup. I got to the store and they told me that I could not get my package until the next day. I questioned the lady and she told me that is how pick up works and must wait till tomorrow. So I step a side and check my phone and verify the package is at the right store and it says I can pick it up now on my screen, it also has the stores address so I know i'm at the right place. So I get back up to the counter and ask her to verify I do not have something there and they are cooperative and go to the back and shuffle through about 12 boxes until they find my package. I don't appreciate being lied to and I don't appreciate people wasting my time. I understand being busy and if you would of told me to come back in a few hours I would of been OK with that, don't tell me I must wait a day for a package that I had directed to your store so I could have it that particular day. I will say nobody was rude in manner but I was truly saddened with the dishonesty of this store.
