I would like to thank Troncalli Subaru for taking the time to read my original review regarding a little disappointing experience on my last visit and take action - I received a phone call from their Manager, Michael Stewart to speak with me, he acknowledge what had transpired and proceeded to resolve the situation in a very friendly, positive and professional matter.
I truly appreciate Troncalli listening to their customers and take quick action to keep their customers happy and remain loyal.
