Smiles for Kids is very kids friendly and overall experience is great. Dentists in this facility are very kind and spends lot of time answering every question parents have. Reviews the x-rays with parents and provides correct suggestions for kid's healthier dental habits.

Front desk keeps all the required documents ready well before the appointment and runs the insurance details before the appointment itself. Upfront patients knows how much they will be billed and no discrepancies later.

Wait time is not bad most of the times. Very reachable over the phone.
I wish they have answering services for Sunday emergencies.

The staff is extremely nice and caring. However the practice is very poor and its a lack of communication between the staff! My daughter had braces installed this summer that constantly came apart. After bringing her back a few times I decided to just have them removed. I was then sent to a office In Norcross to have them removed and the orthodontist didn't have the tools to remove them. I was PROMISED a full refund for my inconvenience that I never received. I wouldn't recommend them by no means!!!!
