I had plantar fasciitis for the longest time. I didn’t even know what it was, I just knew my feet were sore and I figured that this was my life now. I went to Totally Running and the helpful staff explained to me why my feet were hurting. They scanned my feet with their machine and showed me where I needed extra support. They were able to recommend which shoes were best for my feet and which inserts would offer me the greatest support. I am now pain free and able to workout without any problems.
