I felt rushed and did not have the chance to get what I really wanted, went back on several occasions to let owner I was not happy with what I bought he kept insisting that is was fine but was irritated at the same time. I got charged for the same exact thing I went in with to have changed out was charged $ 400.00 for nothing. He knew I was not happy he did not offer to make the sale right I felt he was very unprofessional and he never smiles when he greets his customers. Went to one of his competators they even stated he did a poor job and his reputation is not good in the community. So the second jeweler ha to fix his screw up that he over charged me for I do not recommend him to anyone , Poor attitude appear to be self centered and I have no clue as to why hes one strange rude bird!
