Best Buy at 2085 Market Place Boulevard, Cumming, Georgia.

I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill. Lack of employees, lack of selection, limited discounts and more. Hard to shop here when the same stuff is at Target for half the price. If they did more sales or had more employees this place would be great. Hard to shop here when I have to hunt to find a worker that isn't busy or chatting.

We have always used Best Buy to upgrade our phones. This last time, we were in and out like always, they have made this process easy. Make sure the agent that helps you with bills and plans explains in detail what changes they are making to your bill and show you changes on the screen at the same time. The guy helping us said our bill would be the same after upgrade, due to his error I had almost $300 in extra charges on my sprint bill. After untangling the mess Best Buy made and having to speak with Sprint to have all refunded off of my next bill (yeah, had to pay it all now, get refunded later) I think I am just going to go to Sprint next time to make sure I don't have another mess like this going forward.
