We had some electrical issues in our home, and asked for recommendations on our neighborhood Facebook page. I was referred to Arc Angel by many of my neighbors, so I called and made an appointment. The owners picked up the phone and scheduled the appointment, and the technician named Jake showed up exactly at the scheduled time. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and even took the time to explain our issues as well as the solution to our problem. The customer service from my initial call through the actual visit was just over the top! Fortunately our issue was resolved within the hour, and I'm a very happy customer.
